How can you capture the computer audio with OBS and Streamlabs? This is part of a mini-series to help dance and fitness instructors transition from Zoom to Twitch and other livestreaming platforms. Zoom has done a lot but the shortcomings such as music and video sync can be challenging to overcome. I hope to provide additional resources where fitness and creative entrepreneurs can choose from.
Using OBS and Streamlabs OBS are great options for teaching fitness classes. However, how do you connect sound (computer sound for iTunes, Spotify and others)?
Obs and Streamlabs Obs
In order to share computer sound via OBS and Streamlabs OBS alike, you’ll need an audio capture software on your computer such as iShowU (SWB) or Loopback.
Since iShowU is open source and free, I’m going to demonstrate the process using iShowU for dance and fitness instructors to stream their classes on platforms such as Twitch.
