New Client Orientation
First of all, thank you so much for choosing to work with Feisworld, I’m so thrilled to see you here!
Here’s what will happen next:
- Feisworld will send you a simple contract (housekeeping items) to review and sign. If you have questions, please let me know.
- Once the contract is signed, we will schedule our first “discovery session” using Zoom. These calls are typically recorded so I can review details after the call. The recording is private between us and will never be shared.
Feisworld goes to work! Depending on your selected package:
- Website design and development: you’ll hear back within days (such as blueprint) or 1-2 weeks (a full built-out) for our first review
- Marketing mentorship: you’ll hear back within the first week to begin our work together. Then we meet once a week (15-min status meeting) to continue our mentorship program.
- Feisworld is reachable via emails – send your questions directly and I’ll answer as soon as I can
- Deliverable reviews are when you get to see the progress, as well as results. With your feedback, we’ll be on our way to finish the project
- Project sign-off: the project is finished and you’ll receive an email confirmation! We hope our relationship will continue long into the future. (Feisworld might refer clients and new opportunities your way, too)
After the project:
If you loved working with us, please refer us to your friends, family, colleagues and clients. Every bit of support helps and goes a long way to help small businesses like us.
We may also approach you to be one of our case studies. This is not only good for Feisworld, but also for your own brand exposure. You reserve the right to say no, but we certainly hope you will say YES!
