This short video shows you the step-by-step process to Forward All Emails in Office 365 Outlook to an existing Distribution Group. The distribution group can consist of internal and external emails.
The steps are actually very simple but most instructions online neglect the fact that:
- People might come from legacy systems (GoDaddy, webmail) with existing distribution lists they are already using
- Groups (as a feature) works well for internal email distribution, but not necessarily for internal and external email forwarding
- Many small businesses have a support email that everyone from the business has to monitor on their work and personal email
I hope you find this helpful!
