How to have more people show up to Zoom meetings? The regular Zoom Meeting features seem extensive, but a few of the most important meeting/event features are completely missing. As of the recording of this video, there is still NO WAY to remind regular Zoom Meeting attendees about the event – including reminders before meeting start time – after they register for the event.
Zoom meeting reminders are only available for Zoom Webinars, which is another $40/month extra at a minimum.
Here’s the GOOD news – EventBrite has as a completely FREE version you can use right away. Many of you are already familiar with EventBrite, but many of us didn’t put the two together to create the most optimal experience for our attendees!
In this video, I’ll teach you how to:
- Create Zoom meetings, as well as other online and offline meetings and events within EventBrite, free of charge
- Create beautiful landing pages with features to include multiple livestream links, ways to join the meetings online such as Zoom, Google Hangout, YouTube Live and more.
- Integrate Zoom natively from within EventBrite. You only need to create a Zoom meeting once from within EventBrite (I’ll release a separate video on how to get this done – but the steps are quite straightforward for the Zoom integration!)
- The ability to sell free, paid tickets directly from EventBrite, with advanced options including purchasing a single or multiple tickets for meeting registrants.
There’s so much more! I wish I talked about EventBrite much earlier in this online/2020 journey.
