Sendible: How to Manage 19 Social Media Accounts With a Team of 2
I must confess, I’ve not been a fan of social media ever since the beginning (in 2005, when I first created my Facebook account).
Despite my previous career and now as a creative entrepreneur seem to build a permanent connection between me and social media, I’m constantly building barriers between me and these platforms.
While the effort is on-going, I have learned a lot about working smart, the art of delegation, SOP
(standard operating procedures). I seriously can’t wait to discuss them in greater detail in future newsletters – please stay subscribed and share with another colleague who can benefit. 🙂
The truth is that so much of my work does rely on a certain level of interaction on social media – but it doesn’t mean that I have to be on those platforms constantly to do all the work.
My entire social media workflow for Feisworld and all of Feisworld clients is managed by a team of two people – a bit thank you to both Anna and Rose. On top of that, the publishing process is done so automatically using our favorite app, Sendible.
Specifically we use Sendible to:
Save time when scheduling your client’s posts using Sendible
You can schedule social posts to a single or multiple platforms, and custom them based on each platform needs including hashtags.
Perhaps the most stunning feature is to keep your client’s content flowing with the Sendible “queues”
You can group social media posts into campaigns and schedule them on specific days and at optimal times – and you can repeat the evergreen posts multiple times to reach more people without having to keep creating new content. (That’s right, most of your content is seen by only a small percentage of your audience).
Visualize content on a shared publishing calendar
Whether you are a team of 2, or 5 or a hundred people, getting a visual overview of your social media activity, past and present, with the calendar view is a game changer. Previously you were only able to do this on enterprise level products that cost thousands of dollars, Sendible makes it extremely affordable (the cheapest yet the most robust system we could find on the internet) for only $29/month!
Plus, you can easily rearrange posts by simply dragging-and-dropping in the monthly view.
There are more reasons to love Sendible, and I’m here to share just a few tips and my personal learnings today.
