How to Teach Martial Arts on Zoom

My friend Sara Chung from Hong Kong decided to collaborate with me on a reflection video. She wants to share her most recent webinar experience on Zoom while teaching a large group of people (100+ attendees) the practice of Chinese martial arts. It’s a topic we both love so much. Hint: for those of you who don’t know, I’m a 3rd degree black belt in #Taekwondo

Can you imagine what it’s like to teach martial arts such as #Taichi and #Chigong on Zoom? You need good audio and video, the ability to demonstrate forms from afar and closeup. Sara decided to share all her lessons learned in this bite-sized video, so you can be more prepared and make fewer mistakes when you teach fitness online.

Show Notes:

  • 00:00 Introduction to this collaboration video
  • 02:06 Space
  • 05:05 Housekeeping
  • 05:32 Music

Learn more about Sarah Chung and Balancd:

🕒 Time: 9:30 AM – 10:30 AM (GMT+8)

Would be fun if anyone wants to join. All levels are welcome. This time we will have Grandmaster Lung Kai Ming joining as well Doctor Sydney Chung. It is all about interpreting traditional martial arts from a medical point of view.
