Never Lose a Sale Again with BeeVirtual P3 for Network and Affiliate Events
In the world of network and affiliate marketing, both affiliate managers and individual affiliate marketers often struggle with tracking and conversion both online and offline. While affiliate links are easier to insert and maintain on a website using tools such as ThirstyAffiliate, it’s nearly impossible to track during virtual meetings and webinars.
Today, we’re excited to introduce a groundbreaking tool that’s set to redefine how network marketers and affiliates drive their businesses forward without losing leads and sales during virtual events, Professional Presentation Platform (P3), brought to you by BeeVirtual.
BeeVirtual is part of the Beekonnected platform. We have written a few posts prior. P3 is currently in beta and will be released to all the users by end of January 2024. We are going to give you a sneak peek into what it is and how it’s going to transform your future network and affiliate marketing virtual events.
What’s the problem?
This is a typical attribution problem that hasn’t been solved for decades. When affiliates send their leads and customers to a network of affiliate events, there is no way to know where they come from. So when the presenter shouts out “Make sure you go back to the affiliate marketer who sent you here!” or “Be sure to use the right link before making a purchase!”, it doesn’t work very well. People will automatically choose the easiest way to purchase the product, and it’s impossible for companies and brands to truly understand how to measure and track conversions back to the affiliate marketers. Both sales and analytics are lost.
P3: The Solution
P3 from BeeVirtual helps white label the second-tier affiliates. This means that when affiliate marketers A, B, and C join the virtual events, and when the host shares links during the event, these links are automatically updated to reference unique affiliate links associated with affiliate markets, A B and C.
This way, all the people sent by marketer A will be tracked separately from marketer B and from marketer C. Therefore all the sales attribution will be managed accordingly as well.

Step 0. Sign up for a BeeVirtual account, it’s free to explore.

Step 1. After starting your BeeVirtual meeting as a Host, Go to Menu | Room Settings
Step 2. Scroll down to “Link Substition” and click on “Add”
Step 3. Click “Add” to add a Link Substitution
Struggling to understand how it works? Sign up for BeeVirtual and reach out to their support to walk you through the details, and/or verify what you have set up is correct. I remember struggling a bit for the first time as well!
Remember the first field is a variable you will use when constructing a link inside BeeVirtual, the event platform. For example www.companyname.com/?username
The second field is a variable you will be using to reference the affiliate marketer’s unique ID. In this case, we can simplify and call it userID, which is unique based your company sets up these variables.
In short, the logic and code behind BeeVirtual will swap username with userID each time the link is displayed.
Step 4. Set up your BeeVirtual event as usual
Step 5. Under Multi-Prompter Tracking System, make sure to Enable “the multiple-promoter tracking system”
Step 6. As a host, you can now send the invite link to all your affiliates
Step 7. The affiliate sign-up experience (for host reference)
Your affiliate will see this screen, including a link that says “If you are a XXX representative, click here to get your personal invite link so you get credit for your referrals for this event.”
Once the affiliate clicks on the link, she will be able to enter her userID (in this example, we labeled it as “KETO ID”), and the best email where she can receive her unique registration link she can send to all her leads and connections. This way, every person who registers through her link will be able to purchase with her affiliate link during the live event!
Step 8. As the host of the event, YOU now have the superpower to create any call-to-actions (CTAs) and links that give credit to affiliate marketers.
Let’s try an example! Go to “Widget” in the upper right-hand corner, and create a Call To Action.
Scroll down to Target Website, enter your company’s affiliate link and include the variable “username”. In our demo, we call it “ketousername” (you can name it however you want, and it should be memorable and easy to identify for your business)
Whenever this link is displayed on the screen during your virtual event, it will correctly show the unique affiliate link to leads sent by individual marketers, A, B or C. The affiliate link attribution will be dynamically and automatically updated.
You can be very creative with your virtual event and insert multiple call-to-actions, and you can be sure that all the links will be inserted correctly. Here’s another example with a pop-up window.
